Catheter Precision has received shareholder approval for its previously announced acquisition of Fly Flyte, Inc., marking a significant strategic shift as the company expands into the aviation sector.
The definitive agreement, executed on March 9, enables Flyte to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Catheter Precision, with immediate consolidation of revenue, assets, and operational performance into the parent company.
Flyte operates under FAA Part 135 certification, deploying Cirrus Vision Jet aircraft across high-frequency, short-haul regional routes where commercial airline capacity is limited. The company is already generating revenue through its certified fleet, trained crews, and established operating infrastructure.
Following the completion of the transaction, Catheter Precision will gain full access to Flyte’s operating performance and cash flows, along with control over capital allocation, fleet expansion, and long-term growth strategy.
Describing the acquisition as a transformational milestone, CEO and Chairman David Jenkins said the deal provides immediate scale and positions the company for accelerated growth. Management expects the move to enhance long-term value through consolidated revenue growth, asset-backed balance sheet expansion, and improved operating leverage.
Flyte’s business model is focused on premium regional air travel, emphasising high aircraft utilisation and disciplined fleet expansion. The company currently operates with FAA-certified aircraft, regulatory approvals, and established demand across key regional markets.
The acquisition also positions Catheter Precision to participate in the evolving advanced air mobility sector. Flyte operates in short-haul corridors targeted by next-generation electric and autonomous aircraft developers, allowing the company to generate real-time operational data and revenue while remaining adaptable to future technological advancements.
Flyte CEO and Founder Marc Sellouk said the transaction aligns capital and governance structures, enabling the company to scale efficiently while building a sustainable aviation platform.
With the deal now approved, Catheter Precision is set to integrate Flyte’s operations and leverage its aviation capabilities to drive both near-term revenue and long-term strategic growth.
