Xenter has closed a $58.25 million Series B financing round to support commercial expansion of its TechMed platform, wireless medical device ecosystem and healthcare intelligence technologies.
The financing closed on June 30 and included participation from existing shareholders, family offices and healthcare investors. Proceeds will support commercial launch, manufacturing expansion, clinical and regulatory initiatives, and further development of Xenter’s integrated technology platform.
This is relevant because cardiovascular and interventional procedures are becoming increasingly data-driven. Devices are no longer judged only by mechanical performance, but by their ability to capture, transmit and interpret clinically useful information during procedures.
Xenter is developing a healthcare intelligence platform built around diagnostic evaluation, wireless medical devices and Physical Intelligence data. Its XenFi wireless ecosystem is intended to support connected medical devices and real-time physiological data capture.
The company also plans clinical testing of its Guru dual-sensor physiology guidewire in transcatheter aortic valve replacement procedures. If successful, this could support more data-rich procedural decision-making in structural heart care.
The financing is commercially significant because connected medical device platforms require investment across hardware, software, manufacturing, data infrastructure and regulatory work. For companies building wireless and AI-enabled device ecosystems, scaling the platform can be as important as advancing a single product.
Adoption will depend on clinical validation, integration into procedure workflows, wireless reliability, cybersecurity, physician training and regulatory outcomes. Hospitals will also need to assess whether the platform improves procedural efficiency, data quality or patient outcomes.
