Sisram Medical Expands EBD and Injectables Strategy in Thailand

The company is positioning Thailand as a strategic APAC hub through Soprano Titanium rollout, Profhilo growth and integrated aesthetics protocols.

Sisram Medical has expanded its medical aesthetics presence in Thailand through the rollout of Soprano Titanium and continued growth of its injectables business.

The company is positioning Thailand as a strategic hub for APAC growth, supported by local sales operations, established clinic partnerships and demand from both domestic consumers and medical tourism patients.

This is relevant because Thailand remains one of Southeast Asia’s more active medical aesthetics markets, supported by healthcare infrastructure, private clinic networks, consumer demand and cross-border aesthetic tourism. For medical aesthetics companies, success in Thailand can support wider regional expansion across Southeast Asia.

Sisram officially rolled out Soprano Titanium across Thailand after launching direct local sales operations in 2025. The device has gained market uptake among local partners, according to the company, and forms part of Sisram’s broader energy-based device strategy in the country.

The company also said additional EBD models are undergoing local regulatory registration and are scheduled for release in the second half of 2026. This suggests Sisram is not treating Thailand as a single-product market, but as a platform for a broader aesthetics device portfolio.

Sisram’s injectables business is also expanding in Thailand. The company said Profhilo has maintained momentum in the country’s premium medical aesthetics sector during 2026, following strong performance in 2025. The product has been adopted by top-tier clinics and experienced practitioners, supporting brand visibility in the injectables segment.

The strategic angle lies in the combination of EBD and injectables. Sisram is developing tailored combination treatment protocols that bring together Profhilo’s skin remodelling and rejuvenation benefits with Soprano Titanium’s energy-based technology. The company is targeting aesthetic needs such as skin tightening, facial contouring and anti-ageing solutions.

This integrated model could be commercially useful for partner clinics. Combination protocols allow clinics to offer more comprehensive treatment packages, increase patient retention and improve utilisation of multiple product lines. For suppliers, this can support stronger account penetration and broader channel coverage.

However, adoption will depend on practitioner training, regulatory approvals, clinical confidence, pricing, patient demand and the ability to differentiate combination protocols from competing aesthetic technologies and injectables. Medical aesthetics is also a competitive market where brand positioning, after-sales support and practitioner education are important.

Sisram said it plans to deepen investment in Thailand by expanding its customer base, strengthening medical education, technical support and after-sales services, and building stronger synergies between EBD and injectables. These operational elements will be important if the company wants to convert product rollout into sustained market share.

The company’s broader platform spans EBD technologies, injectables, diagnostics, and complementary medical aesthetics solutions. It serves customers in more than 110 countries and regions and is majority-owned by Fosun Pharma.
